So I've had an awesome break........Christmas was good and josh was soooo fun this year.....he finally opens his presents...He got alot of gifts from santa!!!.i still have to watch alittle bit of that movie from English class cause i missed one day cause josh was sick and i had to stay home.................i hate homework soooo much though......i always wait til the last minute which i probably shouldn't do....well imma go bye bye

Nightjohn was about slaves and how bad they were treated. Mammy would pray in the kettle because slaves had no right to pray. Anyone who disobeyed there owner would get whipped. One day a new slave arrived and was badly whipped, naked, and very dark brown. His name was nightjohn. John loved tobacco and offered to everyone that he would teach them letters A, B, C for a chew of tobacco. No slave took that offer except Sarney. He was curious about what A,B,C was. So he gave Nightjohn some tobacco and he started to teach Sarney letters. Then Mammy caught John and Sarney. She was furious. Then she asked to john why would he teach him something like that because he could get killed for it. Nightjohn told mammy that he was in the free land but came back to teach young ones to read for they know everything the white man does. After his explanation, she just went to sleep. THE END
Philbert was a really good boxer but his brother wasn't the best . His brother got beat by a white boy and that was looked down upon the Negro community. After getting beat by a white boy, he started acting bad. He put a thumbtack on the teachers seat so he was sent to a detention home. The teachers liked him there but referred to Niger as it was nothing. He said that all whites think there better then everyone but there not. He finally went back to his regular school. He was elected class president and his siblings finally looked up to him, ex specially his sister which was an independent,intelligent black women.
The stories show how there was slavery and segregation. Even when slavery ended, there were still segregation. It didn't matter if the African American was intelligent, they were still a lot of people which treated them like animals. In the great Debaters, they had a chance to debate with whites. the great debaters and the mascot both had a chance to challenge whites...but the mascot lost.

Hey i have a a lot of homework this weekend=( it sucks!!!!!!! plus my teeth hurt...i have spacers in for a week and next week i get braces before thanksgiving.....horrible.......i wont eat anything prob. ill be so sore......its going to suck so bad.......i just cant wait for to have beautiful teeth!!!! lol anyway I'm glad were watching a movie in English because MOVIE=LESS WORK and i love less work.....well imma go and eat chocolate chip cookies with Joshy bye bye

so I'm doing my blog tonight because I'm busy this weekend........i have about three more pages of homework for tonight......tomorrow night i have Paige watterman and Natasha mccurt spending the night...my brothers will have a few friends too and after josh goes to sleep flashlight tag.....dude i love that game=)....were going to have alot of fun...cant wait=)......tomorrow i also will get to see Joe..its 7 months tomorrow....cant wait for my year Ann. lol..... but anyway....IMO glad we finished that movie...i slept the last of it....kinda boring.....then that play "to kill a mocking bird" was amazing......I'm in love with that play....everyone was so good!!!!!!!! well imma go and do the rest of my homework ewwwwww .....bye bye

So were reading that book i forget the name in English.....i like how everyone is acting out...its so funny...I'm #5 juror and he doesn't say that much which is ok with me......the 16 year old i think is guilty BUT its possible that he isn't guilty so I'm confused whether he is or not.......i cant wait to finish this book....Mr.potter should get more books like the one were reading for we can role play more.....it looks like everyone enjoys it=)

So yesterday i wasn't at school.....i was SO sick it was gross....i still have like 3 tests to make up from wed. when i missed for a doctors appointment......gosh school sucks!!! i haven't even started to type my final copy for the trial thing in English....maybe ill do it tomorrow.....well I'm feeling a lot better and hopefully ill feel great tomorrow for the paint brawl.....i CANT wait!!!! its gonna be awesome=)

So today is my birthday party at 6 pm.....and this is the only class i have hmewrk in...i have about 5 things to do in this class=( then tomorrow is my bday and ill be doing more homewrk!!!! thanks mr.potter.....this project is a big one and i have to retype my outline because i forgot to save it....god i feel stupid and fustrated!!!!!.......my outline was i think 6 pages!!!! horrible....well i better go..i have to go decorate the place in 20 min

Well now were doing trials in class.......i am doing andrea yates...i think alot of ppl are doing her trial...shes one crazy women, drowning her beautiful babies in a bathtub ranging from6 months to 7 years of age.....hows could anyone do ANYTHING to harm there child.....i will admit that sometimes you just want to shut ur kid up but not by injuring them or killing them......i watched the worse case of abuse in mexico on facebook....the mother bite her child, her dad and uncle of the baby girl would throw her up ,let her head hit the ceiling and wouldnt catch her....the other uncle would rape her....what a horrible family that baby girl was born in to. She only lived to be 5 months old and in her five months of living ,it consisted of pain and violince....so how about everyone this week think about their actions before doing them.....maybe if her parents thought about it then she would have turned 8 this year.....

So im aloser cause right now im sitting at home right next to the school and homecoming is now......plus i got ready for it and i didnt go.....being sick sucks.....soooo lets get back to english....we were watching the movie kill a mockingbird and they left alot out AND ITS STUPID.........plus tommy was pulling my hair the whole time cause now he sits behind me........oh i took the kill a mockingbird test and i think i did pretty good...hope i get an A

so i forgot to do my response on friday...that sucks......well i havent totally finished the book but i will tonight.............its a really good book...i didnt think it would be this good......i hate reading soooooo much but i like when someone reads to me=)...i really hope we watch the book killing a mockingbird ...that would great.....i love movies =)

so Mr.potter was crazy Friday....he was talking about throwing the podium at the class because it got alittle chatty...but he thought about the consequence out loud and decided that he doesn't want to go to jail or get fired which was good thinking.....but i have to admit it would have been funny if he did throw it=)......the book we are reading is soooooooooooooooo boring....I'm so far behind everyone its not even funny i hate reading....its one of my least favorite things in the world......y cant we just watch the movie instead....movies are so much better......theres no words to read=)......well its late and i have a son to get up with at 5 in the morning when he wakes up so good nite everyone

Mr. Potter sucks!!!! ( jk hes one of my favs)
So i have to do this for English class!!! This is boring and dumb. Mr.Potter your a jerk for making us do this! This is pointless, i don't get why we are doing this. It took me like 15 minutes to try to figure this out! You know i do have a life besides being on the computer. I don't know if you do but i do. It took me 20 minutes to think about what to write( not really maybe 30 seconds) And now i have to go do the other paper you assigned for us!!! Wow your a jerk, the Ohio state game is on right now but no Courtney has to type and TRY to watch the game. Plus my families in from Chicago.Way to go Mr. Potter!!!!!!!! You suck=)
